By downloading, installing, or using the Bot Grabber mobile app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Bot Grabber ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Software License

2.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

2.2 License Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software
  • Use the Software for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  • Use the Software in a manner that violates third-party terms of service
  • Resell or commercially exploit the Software

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your delivery platform credentials
  • All activities that occur through your use of the Software
  • Ensuring your use complies with delivery platform terms of service

3.2 Compliance

You agree to:

  • Use the Software in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Comply with the terms of service of third-party delivery platforms
  • Not use the Software to gain unfair advantages or engage in fraudulent activities
  • Assume full responsibility for any consequences resulting from your use

4. Third-Party Platforms

Important Disclaimer: Bot Grabber is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DoorDash, Instacart, Uber, or any other delivery platform referenced in our Software.

Use of the Software with third-party platforms is at your own risk. We are not responsible for:

  • Account suspensions or terminations by delivery platforms
  • Violations of platform terms of service
  • Changes to platform APIs or functionality
  • Lost earnings or opportunities

Warning: Using automation software may violate the terms of service of delivery platforms and could result in account suspension or termination.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Compatibility with all devices or platforms

We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or achieve specific results.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOT GRABBER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Lost profits, revenue, or earnings
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Account suspensions or terminations
  • Business interruption
  • Any damages arising from use or inability to use the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bot Grabber and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Software
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of third-party rights or terms of service
  • Your breach of applicable laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

The Software and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Bot Grabber and are protected by:

  • Copyright laws
  • Trademark laws
  • Patent laws
  • Other intellectual property rights

No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

9. Updates and Modifications

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. You agree to install updates to maintain compatibility and security.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Software immediately, without notice, for:

  • Abuse or misuse of the Software
  • Any reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use and uninstall the Software.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Software shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
