Bot Grabber ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our services and software products.

Mileage Tracker: Location Data and Local Storage

Mileage Tracker is a standalone mileage-tracking utility. It does not require a Bot Grabber account and does not provide delivery-platform automation.

When you tap Start tracking and choose Continue in the in-app location disclosure, the app requests your device location to record the route, locations, and mileage for that trip. While a trip is active, tracking can continue when the app is not visible through a persistent Android notification. Tracking does not begin automatically, and you can stop it at any time with Stop tracking.

The route and mileage history are stored locally on your device and are used only to show your trips, route, and mileage summaries in the app. Mileage Tracker does not send that route history to Bot Grabber or to third parties, sell it, or use it for advertising. You can erase all stored mileage history with Clear history; uninstalling the app also removes its app-local data.

The app requests only the location access needed while an actively started trip is being tracked. Android also lets you review or revoke that permission in device settings.

Important: We do not store your delivery platform credentials on our servers. All authentication is handled locally on your device.

• Local App Data: Uninstalling the app removes locally stored app data from your device, subject to your device operating system and backup settings.
• Account Settings: You may update available account settings and configuration preferences within our software.
• Registered Account Records: Registered user account, device, transaction, security, support, and service records maintained in our database are retained as needed for service operation, billing, fraud prevention, security, accounting, legal, and business purposes. We do not offer user-requested deletion of registered account records from our database.

Our services are not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
